Likely not: If you had protected sex, and it's time for your period, but you haven't gotten it, and your urine pregnancy test is negative, then likely you aren't pregnant. It's more likely that your cycle is irregular. If you want to control your cycles more regularly, and have protection for pregnancy, but not STDs, then the birth control pill might be a great solution. Hope that helps
