Not normal!: there are 100 reasons for vaginal discharge but what you describe is not normal. It really helps if you tell us how old your daughter is; if she's a child see her pediatrician very soon. Good wishes.

Immediate evaluation: This IS abnormal and should be evaluated ASAP. Certainly if she is a child- see a pediatrician-this should not be ignored.
