Lather up: Your hair roots are too deep to get to with simple shampoo. The best way to shampoo is to apply a small amount in your hand and apply to wet hair. Lather up the hair and let the shampoo sit for about 1 minute, then rinse out. A conditioner may be applied after shampooing in the same manner.
