i've had kidney infections and utis but recently i have started having strong kidney pains while running. i drink plenty of water. i'm 30 yrs old?

Get checked: A simple urinalysis will determine if you have blood, infection in your urine. If these are negative you could have kidney stones. I would suggest you see your doctor at your earliest convenience. Good luck.
