In general, what are the odds of someone in their 60's having cancer when there is no family history of cancer?

Hard to predict: Our chances of developing cancer increase as we age, but many life style variables influence the risk, notably smoking, alcohol use, sun exposure and diet. Family history is important, but only part of the picture. Fortunately, we have control over lifestyle risk factors.
