Depends: The size of a baby is dependent primarily on the gestational age at which you deliver the baby. If you deliver preterm, you will have a smaller baby. At 28 weeks, baby can weight about 2.2 lbs At 32 weeks, baby can weight about 4 lbs At 37 weeks, baby can weigh about 6 lbs.
