Estrogen: The estrogen measured in your blood is different than the estrogen you are taking in the pill. The pill alters in some ways how your natural estrogen is produced in your ovaries. You will get a more true measurement of your natural estrogen if you go off of the pill and measure after you have had a couple of normal cycles. At your age, why are you measuring estrogen? Good luck.
