I feel very nauseus and when i think about it i feel like i need to vomit. my stomach is making bubbly/popping sounds and feels like it is bubbling.

No question but: I think you are contemplating asking the cause. This sound like you might have a gastroenteritis. This is a stomach infection and most likely viral. Did you eat anything that might have been spoiled? The nausea is from the stomach upset and the bubbling sounds are from the stomach and intestines being irritatedl See your doctor tomorrow or have something called in to treat this. Best wishes.

Nausea: Nausea can be very annoying. It may be caused by a virus which would go away in a day or so. However, if it continues, then see the Dr. for an exam and diagnosis so you can get treatment. Best wishes.
