Pregnant?: It is my practice to advise my patients to be on birth control pills for at least one full cycle using a back up method of birth control. That being said, if you do not get a period or have signs of pregnancy when your period is supposed to come, then do a pregnancy test to be sure.

I'm not sure: what your question is. I will guess you are wondering if you could be pregnant. If you started birth control on the 31st (Friday) and had sex Tuesday it is possible that you could still get pregnant. If you are sexually active you should use a condom (to further reduce risk of getting pregnant and protect yourself against STDs). If you miss your next period, do a pregnancy test to be safe.
