Options: a new, reliable digital thermometer or a home ovulation test. Check your BBT every morning approximately 12-14 days after the start of your last cycle.

BBT is not as useful: As some have been lead to believe. The much more sensitive way to determine ovulation timing is with the use of over the counter LH surge or "ovulation prediction tests". The BBT can be affected by stress, time of year, the instrument used to take the measurement, and of course illness or even vaccines. Travel can affect BBT. Also, you may have not ovulated this cycle. Try an OPK, for best info.
