Sugars: Cutting back on sugars, pastas, white rice can help. Consume more whole foods, whole grains and increase omega three fatty acids (foods like walnuts, avocados, flaxseed oil, and salmon). Drink plenty of water. In short eat healthy and avoid processed foods.
