OAB?: I presume you have been diagnosed with overactive bladder. There are many newer drugs for this which may not be available yet as a generic. Tolterodine is the generic of Detrol (tolterodine). Older drugs that work similarly and are available in generic, I believe, include hyoscyamine and oxybutynin. Work with your doctor to identify one that is effective and affordable. Best wishes:)
