Vaginal bump: May be batholin gland cyst. try soapy sitz bath 2-3 times a day .If does not get better in 1-2 days seek medical attention in doctor/urgent cause you may need antibiotics as they can get very large and painful very quickly( within a week). Call and discuss with doctor
