Diarrhea back pain: Likely related to food ingested. You can have back pain with diarrhea because the colon goes all the way up near the diaphragm and when irritated you can feel it in your back or along the sides. You still may have gas. Consider mylanta with simethicone but follow up with doctor/urgent care today may require antibiotics if camphylobacter which has a pattern of waxing an waning diarrhea
