Might be.: Cold and sweaty can be seen with a large variety of physiologic states - often with excess adrenalin producing the well known cold / clammy / white as a ghost / abdominal discomfort / rapid heartbeat, etc. It is also possible to move from a hot environment to another quickly and produce the same sensation you describe. Also seen when eating hot peppers in a cold room, etc.
