Breadcrumbs: because chickens can carry Salmonella, I would not reuse the bread crumbs

Absolutely not: Bread crumbs that have been exposed to raw chicken can be contaminated with bacteria especially E. coli and Salmonella. You increase the risk of infection and serious illness if you reuse these crumbs.

Noooooooooo!: Raw meat has harmful bacteria on it. Never handle it with bare hands unless you wash them immediately with soap and water. Never reuse bread crumbs or marinade that have touched raw meat. Wash knives, cutting board and other utensils in hot water and soap before using again. Basic food safety.
