?razor burn: Could be simple razor burn or a dermatitis that occurred. Have the Doctor look at the area and see if you need Prescription medications since it is giving you sleepless nights.

Dermatitis?: If the itching came right after shaving, then it may be related. Was the shaving cream or blade new? Is the skin of the shave parts looks red or irritated? Do you see any bumps or any discharge? It could be contact dermatitis or a superficial yeast infection. For now try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) pills or cream.If you need a follow up, pl provide info on the questions. A picture would be of great help. Feel good:)
