Sinus????: Hard to say without a thorough history and exam. Could be a sinus infection. Could be an issue with TMJ/TMD. Get to Dr. to narrow down the potential triggers

Possible sinusitis: Unusual pain above the right eye, accompanied by a severe stabbing pain in right temple area, that is brought on by coughing or bending over should be evaluated by a physician. While a sinus infection could be the cause there are other possible serious causes for pain like this and you should see a physician TODAY.
