Depo: infertility ?: Depo-progesterone stops normal cycles in general, but once discontinued should not contribute to infertility. There are other reasons which can interfere with fertility, such as some vaginal infections causing blocked tubes, and irregular ovulation or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
