My last period on jan. 27th and i took the depo-provera birth control shot on feb. 19th. i haven't had my period yet. is this ok? female 19 years old

Yes: It is actually normal to skip your periods after depo. You are not ovulating, so there is no reason for your body to have a period. Some women have occasional break-through bleeding that they may call a period, but this only happens occasionally. I assume they checked you for pregnancy prior to your shot of depo. If not, then a pregnancy test should be done.
