Why my 3 year old scratches inside ears since birth she bleeds and there is a gushy noise wen she is scratching. cries with frustration? thank you.

Ear issue: Tough to say why she scratches inside her ear to the point of bleeding. Have her see a Pediatric ENT dr, to get a full examination of the ear canal. She may have a skin conditions "Inside" her ear that is constantly itching her, and until the dermatitis is treated, she will be itching. Best wishes.

Itchy ears : Itchy ears maybe from several causes including eczema, persistent ear wax, persistent fluid in the middle ear and even teething! Have the doctor check the ears first. In the meantime : Try to dry the ears well with a towel. Try to not use q-tips in the ear canals. Other remedies are based on what the doctor finds. I wish you well.
