My take is ...: For sure, what you've felt is not related with STD. "Tingling sensation in the bottom of my balls" is assumed to be "... bottome of my sac", is it correct? The exact reason for you to feel such is no way to know, but one thing for sure is there is something there irritating local nerve fibers / nerve-endings, which may be just beginning of something to unfold and evolve; time will tell.
