Late period: If you had a D and C done one Oct 16th then one would expect a cycle 3-6 weeks later. You can give it a little more time. If you had a tubal ligation done then you are not pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
