See specialist: Your questions need addressed by reproductive endocrinologist. In some cases IUI is helpful. Has your partner had semenanalysis? Have you been checking ovulation tests? Sounds like you've had an HSG. Was clomid (clomiphene) recommended? Gonadotropins? You will need close follow up.
