See your doctor: Delayed allergic reactions to drugs are usually self-limiting and only last for a few days after the drug is discontinued. An antihistamine may be recommended by your doctor to decrease itching. See your doctor for evaluation.

Hopefully soon: Is this your first exposure to this particular one? You should alert your physician immediately to this reaction as it may be an allergic one. They may wish to see you to look to see if there's a rash as well. You may need another prescription for the itching or whatever else may be happening so call them soon. Did you recently start taking another medication that could be interacting? Good luck
