Stone + infection: You have a kidney stone (nephrolithiasis) with possible superimposed kidney infection (pylonephritis). The bladder pain could be the urine infection..alternatively it could be a bladder stone. In either case....see your doctor ASAP..you'll need antibiotics.

See doctor: What you describe sounds very much like a urinary tract infection and it may be quite severe by the symptoms you are experiencing. You need to be seen ASAP for a definite diagnosis and for treatment.
