Will going 2 days without synthroid (thyroxine) be very harmful? cant get refill over the weekend. i'm unsure what to do and worried. taken synthroid (thyroxine) for 2 years.

Not much effect: Thyroid replacement would not show changes in short term change as the half life of thyroid ingested has a long half life (like two weeks)

Not a big difference: But try not to miss doses and don't skip more than those 2 doses.
