Triggers: If it's migraine keep a diary of what you eat or do prior to headaches to try to find what triggers them and then try to eliminate those triggers.There are several prescription meds now that are used to prevent migraines.Discuss the headaches with your doctor to be sure that they are migraines and not something else and talk about using one of those meds.As a fellow migrainuer you have my sympathy
