Antinflammtory diet: In addition to antihistamines (H1 and H2 blockers) and steroids, an anti-inflammatory diet can help improve the symptoms of chronic urticaria. You read about this is in Dr Joel Furhman's Book Super Immunity. Learn about the inflammatory effects of foods on http://nutritiondata.self.com.

Urticaria: You may need to add a steroid cream to alleviate your symptoms. Have you had allergy testing done? have you seen a dermatologist? Use a non scented soap and lotion as not to further irritate your skin. Hope you feel better soon
