15 mnth old with very soft poo her entire life. not runny just soft and mushy. it is 2x a day and normal color. never a solid log or mass. normal?

Normal: Stooling habits can vary greatly from one child to the next. As long as there is no blood or mucus or pain. If s/he is gaining weight appropriately it is normal. Hope this helps.

Poo: If she is growing well, not straining or having rectal bleeding, she is great! No need to worry. Some babies go once every - 7-10 days, and they're still soft.
