Biggest sex organ: The largest sex organ one possesses is not genital but the BRAIN!. If your ovaries were not removed or if they were removed and estrogen replaced then desire is a testosterone/brain/psychological issue. The only other physiologic concern would be ovaries that are still present but the blood supply has been compromised by surgery. Lack of desire post surgery is often a "wives tale" that is false.

Very complex: When did you notice the change in desire and do you still have your ovaries? The Prozac (fluoxetine) can cause sexual dysfunction as can depression. If you still have at least one ovary it is doubtful that the cause is hormonal. In some women the psychological impact if no longer being able to bear children can cause sexual problems. Discuss all of this with your doctor. Best wishes. Hope this helped
