Chloramphenicol: Xepanicol is chloramphenicol...an antibiotic. Its discontinued in the US for eye drop use. If your on it because your doctor feels you have an eye infection...then ABSOLUTLY NO you should not be using your contact lenses period while on treatment. There are likely embedded bacterial proteins already on your lenses..so I hope they are disposable.

Not advisable: You should not wear contact lens while using any type of drops other than those specifically formulated for use with contact lens and/or normal saline. Xepanicol is an antibiotic which would suggest that you are using it to treat an eye infection, which is another reason you should not wear your contact lens until at least a day after you finish using the medicine.
