Tonsillolithiasis: Sounds like a stone may have been produced in the tonsil which is trying to push out. You may want to be checked out to make sure there's no infection of the tonsil, but could be a tonsillolith.

Infection until: Proven otherwise. There is likely a Tonsillar abscess or at least exudate present and this needs to be evaluated and treated with antibiotics. There is a chance it may need to be drained, but only a doctor who can assess you in the real world will be able to tell you that. If you've got a fever or trouble swallowing see a doctor right away. Otherwise you should get seen in the next 24 hours.
