Bio available testos: is a test that measure the testosterone that is available to bind with androgen receptors. Testosterone circulates in the blood mostly bound to sex hormone binding globulin- SHBG . Some is also bound to albumin. The rest is called free testosterone. The bio available testosterone is that portion that is free plus that portion that is bound to albumin. That portion bound to SHBG is non bio availabl
