Vertigo: Unfortunately we don't have any of that information and if 3 years of evaluation by doctors have not produced a diagnosis, I'm not sure how we can help you in 400 characters? I would suggest collecting all you tests and evaluations, medical diagnosis, medications and your symptoms and present them to ENT or neurologist specializing in Vertigo or vestibular pathology.
