What can i use for adult seborrheic eczema on the vagina area? ?

Steroid ointment: For relief now, consider the highest dose hydrocortisone ointment available in the drug store, twice a day to the affected area for 2 weeks. But since it is on the vagina, I would caution you to see a Gynecologist and make sure that's all it is! Hope that helps.

Simple solution: use a soapy solution of either Head and Shoulders Shampoo or Selsun ( selenium) shampoo applied with Q-tips: leave solution on 5-7 minutes and rinse off twice daily- if not improved, see your GYN.
