Probably not STD: Anal receptive intercourse such as you describe can be painful both during and after the act. The findings you describe suggest injury rather than an STD. Unlike the vagina, the anal-rectal area wasn't designed by nature to accommodate an erect penis. Keep in mind, however, that STD's are more likely to occur in tissues, whether anal or vaginal, that are inflamed, injured or irritated.
