Is there is any tests to show progress on schizophrenia?

Not specifically: I'm unaware of a validated test just for Schizophrenia such as we have for mental status in patients with dementias, depression, fatigue, spasticity, MS, etc. However, neuropsychologists have a whole battery of tests at their disposal which can accurately measure performance in many cognitive domains which can be monitored by those treating schizophrenic pts useful to checking their progress.

There is no absolute test. Psychiatrists, Neuropsychiatrists and Neurologists order neuroimaging (MRI, PET, SPECT) to exclude any structural problems as a cause, and to look for characteristic features of schizophrenia on imaging (example enlarged ventricles) or abnormal functioning involving brain areas. Neuropsychology, pt and observer accounts are all important to obtain
