Avoid scratching: If that means places a bandaid/tape over the area to avoid further traumatization then so be it. If it continues to bleed, hold gentle pressure for fiver minutes or so with a tissue paper or gauze then gently remove the paper/gauze.

Pressure: Apply pressure for 20 min- no peeking. If you are on blood thinners or the bleeding doesn't stop see your doctor.

Bleeding ear: See your gp. cause for bleeding and itching needs to be ascertained. need to know if it is dry skin causing the itching and leading bleeding or if it is a BCC or a skin cancer which is not healing and bleeds on scratching.
