Heart burn: A few things you can try include: 1: Lifestyle changes: avoid late night eating and elevate your head in if you have night time symptoms, weight loss, avoid spicy/acidic foods, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol and excessive ibuprofen. 2: Medications: You can try OTC Nexium (esomeprazole). If your symptoms do not get better within a week or two, see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment. Best of luck!
