Get seen: I'm going to assume that you've been checked and found not to have hypothyroidism or a scalp fungus infection. If you're having telogen effluvium, you need to be under the care of a competent dermatologist. We're not going to be able to second-guess the cause of your hair loss without seeing you. Usually TE is self-limiting. If you've got questions after your evaluation, check back with us.
