Depo use: This is normal when on the Depo-Provera shot, especially if you were a little late with a dose. Eventually you will probably not get a period when you are on the Depo-Provera shot for several months. If you continue to have discomfort or crazy bleeding you may need to change birth control options.

It's expected, really: This is probably all due to side effects of Depo. Some women don't have a period at all, especially the first six months of being on Depo; it sounds like you must have just restarted if you missed one shot. Sore breasts and upset stomach are reported Depo side effects. Sounds like you had a shot in September if next due in December. Should be ok, but review all with your doc, please:)
