Can repeat in a week: Believe it or not - even cheap pregnancy tests are usually quite accurate.

You need OB: It means you need an ob, an examination, blood testing and possibly even an ultrasound.

No: Your pregnancy test was accurate when you took it the last time. You can verify again with a 2nd test but it sounds like you are not pregnant. See a doctor for irregular periods and birth control

Pregnancy unlikely: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, vaginal spotting, or medications. A test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

Pregnancy unlikely: Urine home pregnancy tests these days are very reliable. If performed correctly and they come back negative, pregnancy is highly unlikely. It happens more often so that home pregnancy tests come back false positive.
