Purple lumps: These may be hemorrhoids. Do not know your medical background, but purple lesions occur in Kaposi sarcoma, a tumor seen primarily in AIDS patients with very low CD4 counts. Even those are quite treatable when the HIV disease is treated appropriately. Understand your anxiety, but there are many very benign things this could be. est wishes for a great outcome.
