Acne by hairline: Usually one speaks of the increased acne of the T zone of the face, i.e. forehead and nose. In this case the side of the forehead seems most likely to be a greater issue for acne since it is closest to the hairline. Oils from hair can irritate the skin closest to the margin and cause more acne there.Wearing hair off the face and sleeping with hair off face and clean pillowcases may decrease acne.

Common acne location: Acne is commonly found in what is known at the "T-Zone" That is the area that includes the entire forehead (the top of the "T") and then extending down the nose (verticle line of the T) These areas are often the most oily on a teen's face. See your pediatrician or dermatologist for acne information and treatments. Don't pop your pimples!
