Position: If your circulation is kinked or cut off you could feel a throbbing, pulsing sensation. You could also have restless legs or neuropathy. I would see your doctor for more answers. Thanks

Let me check the ?: So that I understand it correctly. Are you saying you feel like your entire lower leg is pulsating or throbbing? Is this painful? You are saying you can feel the pulse but you don't even need to touch the area? If this happened suddenly, you had recent trauma to the leg or if you have been traveling, if there is swelling or redness get checked urgently. Infection and DVT both come to mind.

Probably normal puls: Pulses could be felt in different parts of the body along the arteries. If you are thin it may be palpable easily. If some body has hyperdynamic circulation pulses may feel little stronger also.
