Consider PGS: Sorry about your unsuccessful IVF, and best for future success. Honestly the CD counts likely has no impact on fertility. There are no clear cause-and-effect links, and I suspect your doctor(s) are just looking for "something." Talk with them to be sure what they are thinking. Politely, if 43 years is correct, IVF success is no better than 15% (tops); consider PGS in future, and best wishes!
