Toilet unlikely STDs: Except for the moist secretions from a herpes lesion, most STDs would need more intimate contact than intact thigh skin against a dry toilet seat. Lesions in your urine sound more like mucous threads and could be coming from the urine or vaginal secretions and could either be normal or related to an infection. An exam and urinalysis by your family doctor or gyn would help clarify.
