May be stress: related..diet, nutrition, vitamin deficiency, low calcium/magnesium. Anxiety, internalized unresolved conflict , eye strain and fatigue are some of the possible causes. Good news: these issues are usually self limited.Polarized sunglasses during the day and use of a good daily multivitamin.
