A picture is worth: A thousand words. Sometimes this is secondary to heme deposition in the skin. But, without seeing hard to comments as there are many differential diagnosis for this. Shamberg s "disease" would be an example.

Hi. The tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. Its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. Really uncomfortable. It tends to flare up at night. I took some photos if there is a need for it.
